Confirm DFM Report

Our engineering team will perform a mold flow analysis and generate a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) report based on your specific requirements, ensuring all details are reviewed and confirmed with you.

Mold Design

Our engineering team creates a 3D design of the injection mold according to the confirmed DFM report, incorporating all the necessary details. We will then review and confirm the mold design drawings with you.

Injection Mold Manufacturing

Following the confirmed injection mold drawings, we create 2D drawings highlighting key dimensions and tolerance requirements. Our skilled mold makers then commence the mold manufacturing process, conducting tolerance inspections at each step to ensure precision and quality.

Mold Assembly & Testing

Once the injection mold is manufactured, we proceed with fitting and assembling the mold, followed by thorough testing. We iterate this process until the mold produces a product that satisfies your specifications. Upon successful testing, we will send you samples for your confirmation.

Mold Final Acceptance

Once the final sample is approved, we proceed with the final acceptance of the injection mold. For export molds, we ensure proper packaging for shipment. If the mold is intended for mass production in our facility, we prepare the necessary production materials to begin manufacturing.
