CKMOLD is the trading name used by C.K.MOLD & ENGINEERING LIMITED for custom injection mold and molded-part projects. The Shenzhen office coordinates commercial and overseas communication; manufacturing resources in Dongguan support tooling, trials and production execution.
The company’s role is practical: turn approved product requirements into a buildable mold, validate the process with samples, and maintain a clear record of decisions for customers managing projects from outside China.
Operations established around injection mold projects
Commercial coordination and customer communication
Tooling, trial and molding production resources
DFM, design, trial and approval decisions

Only dates supported by the current website or certificate images are shown. Marketing milestones without source evidence have been left out.
The company positions its experience from 2002 in injection mold engineering, toolmaking and molded-part project support.
The current ISO 9001 certificate records 31 October 2022 as the original certificate issue date for injection molds and injection molded plastic parts.
The environmental management certificate records 25 November 2023 as its original issue date for activities related to injection molds and injection molded plastic parts.
The ISO 13485 certificate is limited to plastic housings for infrared thermometers. The IATF 16949 certificate covers injection molded plastic parts and explicitly excludes product design under clause 8.3.
CKMOLD coordinates design review, mold construction, trials, production preparation and export communication according to each approved project scope.
The Shenzhen address is the company contact point shown on current certificates and used for project communication. Dongguan manufacturing resources support the physical work required for mold making, fitting, trials and injection molding.
For an overseas buyer, the important point is not a large location claim; it is the handoff. Commercial assumptions, CAD revisions, tool decisions, sample feedback and shipment requirements are kept under the same project conversation so production work is not disconnected from customer approval.
CKMOLD does not publish invented biographies or headcounts. The useful distinction for buyers is responsibility: who clarifies the RFQ, who approves engineering, who manages the tool and who releases parts.
Reviews files, quantities, material, finish, tolerances and commercial assumptions; records what is included, excluded or still open.
Develops the DFM and mold concept, controls revisions, and resolves gate, cooling, ejection, steel and machine-interface decisions.
Machines, fits, assembles and tests the mold; records trial conditions and completes approved corrections.
Translates approval requirements into incoming checks, sample reports, production inspection, cavity identity and shipment release.
CKMOLD retains the approved tool for trials and production unless the commercial agreement says otherwise. Process setup, part inspection, secondary work and repeat orders become part of the continuing program.
The tool is designed for the destination molder. Machine compatibility, component standards, documentation, spare parts, preservation and release condition are defined before the mold leaves China.
A project is controlled by visible release points rather than assumptions buried in email threads.
Record the file revision, resin, quantities, finish, dimensions, function and destination that the quotation assumes.
Resolve mandatory geometry or mold-architecture issues before steel and major components are committed.
Classify feedback as approve, correct, investigate or retrial, with the next action and file revision visible.
Confirm agreed documents, samples, protection, packaging and ownership details before parts or tooling leave control.
The summaries below follow the visible certificate text. A certificate supports the stated management-system scope; it is not a blanket product approval, cleanroom claim or regulatory authorization.

Quotation assumptions, approved CAD revision, mold ownership, destination, material and sample requirements stay identifiable.
Photos or progress notes should explain what changed, why it changed, what is confirmed and what still requires approval.
Production release or export shipment includes the agreed samples, documents, protection, labeling and follow-up path.
Share the files and approval expectations that will determine whether the project is a practical fit. CKMOLD will identify missing inputs and the appropriate next engineering step.
