These terms govern use of CKMOLD.com. Project quotations, purchase orders, nondisclosure agreements, quality agreements and other signed documents may add or replace terms for a specific manufacturing relationship.
You may use this website for legitimate business research, project inquiries and communication with C.K.MOLD & ENGINEERING LIMITED. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious content or misuse another party’s identity or intellectual property.
Technical descriptions, materials guidance, process comparisons and other website content are general information. They are not a substitute for review of the actual CAD, drawing, resin grade, tolerances, application, machine and approval requirements.
Submitting a form or receiving a preliminary response does not create an order or guarantee price, capacity, delivery, performance or acceptance.
You represent that you are authorized to submit the project requirements and send any related files by email. Do not transmit material that violates intellectual-property, privacy, export-control or other applicable obligations.
Confidentiality obligations for a project are governed by an applicable nondisclosure agreement, quotation, purchase order or other written agreement. A website form submission or ordinary email alone should not be treated as a substitute for a negotiated confidentiality agreement.
CKMOLD website text, graphics, branding and original site materials may not be copied or republished beyond normal evaluation without permission, except as allowed by applicable law. Customer-owned files and project intellectual property remain subject to the relevant written agreement.
Third-party names, links or technical references belong to their respective owners. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, certification or responsibility for third-party content.
The website is provided on an as-available basis. CKMOLD may correct or update content, suspend features or restrict abusive access. Website information can become outdated and should be verified in the current quotation or project record.
Any governing law, dispute process, payment terms, warranty, tooling ownership, acceptance criteria and liability allocation for manufacturing should be stated in the accepted quotation, purchase order or signed agreement. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document controls for that project.
