CKMOLD Website Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of CKMOLD.com. Project quotations, purchase orders, nondisclosure agreements, quality agreements and other signed documents may add or replace terms for a specific manufacturing relationship.

Website Use and Information

You may use this website for legitimate business research, project inquiries and communication with C.K.MOLD & ENGINEERING LIMITED. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious content or misuse another party’s identity or intellectual property.

Technical descriptions, materials guidance, process comparisons and other website content are general information. They are not a substitute for review of the actual CAD, drawing, resin grade, tolerances, application, machine and approval requirements.

RFQs and Quotations

Submitting a form or receiving a preliminary response does not create an order or guarantee price, capacity, delivery, performance or acceptance.

  • Scope is confirmed in writing
  • Quotation assumptions and exclusions remain part of the offer
  • Customer changes may affect price and timing
  • A project begins only under accepted commercial terms

Customer Files and Authority

You represent that you are authorized to submit the project requirements and send any related files by email. Do not transmit material that violates intellectual-property, privacy, export-control or other applicable obligations.

  • Identify controlled or confidential information
  • Use an agreed transfer route for sensitive files
  • Maintain an identifiable CAD and drawing revision
  • Customer retains product-design and approval responsibility unless agreed otherwise

Confidentiality, Intellectual Property and Public Content

Confidentiality obligations for a project are governed by an applicable nondisclosure agreement, quotation, purchase order or other written agreement. A website form submission or ordinary email alone should not be treated as a substitute for a negotiated confidentiality agreement.

CKMOLD website text, graphics, branding and original site materials may not be copied or republished beyond normal evaluation without permission, except as allowed by applicable law. Customer-owned files and project intellectual property remain subject to the relevant written agreement.

Third-party names, links or technical references belong to their respective owners. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, certification or responsibility for third-party content.

Availability and Liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. CKMOLD may correct or update content, suspend features or restrict abusive access. Website information can become outdated and should be verified in the current quotation or project record.

  • No website-only manufacturing guarantee
  • No liability term overrides a signed project agreement
  • Mandatory legal rights are not excluded where exclusion is not permitted

Applicable Project Terms

Any governing law, dispute process, payment terms, warranty, tooling ownership, acceptance criteria and liability allocation for manufacturing should be stated in the accepted quotation, purchase order or signed agreement. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document controls for that project.

  • Keep the accepted quotation and revision
  • Record customer-specific quality requirements
  • Confirm shipment and ownership terms before order
