Email and the RFQ form keep project assumptions associated with the same project record. Phone or WhatsApp can help with coordination, but critical design and approval decisions should still be confirmed in writing.
Send general or project questions and available 3D/CAD files to jerry@ckmold.com. Include the company, project, revision and units; request an agreed transfer route if the package is too large for email.
Call or message +86 198 5476 3925. Include your company, country and project type so the conversation has context.
Complete the material, quantities, tolerances, finish, target date, destination and CAD revision fields, then email the actual files separately.
This shorter form is for general contact. It saves the submission and sends it to the CKMOLD project mailbox.
For a mold or molding quotation, use the full RFQ page so important production fields are captured, then email 3D/CAD files separately to jerry@ckmold.com.

No. Phone is optional. A work email is required so CKMOLD can return technical questions and quotation assumptions in writing.
Visits must be scheduled with the responsible CKMOLD contact. Confirm the meeting scope, location and required participants before travel because commercial coordination and manufacturing work may occur at different locations.
Ask for an NDA before sending controlled data. Complete the RFQ without the restricted file, then email jerry@ckmold.com to agree the appropriate transfer method before transmitting the CAD package.
Use the structured RFQ form for drawings, quantities and approval requirements, or email jerry@ckmold.com if you need an NDA or a larger file-transfer route first.
Use the Injection Mold Cost & Size Estimator for an immediate, non-binding planning range. For a formal quotation, complete the RFQ and email the 3D CAD model separately to jerry@ckmold.com so CKMOLD can review geometry, tolerances, mechanisms and production scope.
