Four Inputs That Prevent a Vague First Reply

Part Definition
List the STEP/STP, IGES/IGS or X_T filenames and revisions in the form, then email the 3D model and any dimensioned 2D drawing to jerry@ckmold.com.

Material and Finish
State the resin grade if fixed, color, texture or polish requirement, and any environmental or compliance constraint.

Demand
Provide the first order, estimated annual quantity, repeat pattern and whether you need tooling, parts or both.

Timing and Destination
Share the approval target, required delivery date, shipping country and the destination press if buying an export mold.

Visits must be scheduled with the responsible CKMOLD contact. Confirm the meeting scope, location and required participants before travel because commercial coordination and manufacturing work may occur at different locations.
Ask for an NDA before sending controlled data. Complete the RFQ without the restricted file, then email jerry@ckmold.com to agree the appropriate transfer method before transmitting the CAD package.
